Hey,
i just recently upgraded my hard drive to my ps4 to a 2tb and now my controller keeps lagging and disconnecting every few mins.
It's really getting annoying. I tried putting my playstation in safe mode and connecting the controller with the usb and still doing the same. I even tried resetting the controller from the back and still the same . so i dont know what else do do.
If anybody can help me figure this problem out i would really appreciate it

Hallo, I did not use my PS4 that much lately, but today I experienced a severe Audio stutter using the otical out connectwd to my AV receiver. I never had problems until firmware 4.0. Since I did not use the PS4 so often I am not exactly sure which update brought me this problem. I tried to change audio output settings to HDMI out and back to optical out, but the problem remains. Anybody had the same issue?

Trying to watch Blu-ray Disc locked on region B. When it starts to play a blank black screen pops up with the words, "Invalid Region". How can I go about changing this so I can watch my movie?
I have only one user on ps4 and when I wanted to delete it, it made me confirmed that it'll initialize the system.
After I confirmed, TV screen turn black and LED light on PS4 is white and blinking.
Until now it takes 3 hours. How long does it take to complete the process.
So recently my PS4 has been having issues with its audio output. I play PS4 from a monitor which doesnt have a speaker, so the only way i can hear the game is through my headset which is plugged to the PS4 controller. Recently for, there Ive been noticing audio issues in the form of some sounds being extremely quiet while others are normal. For instance I can hear the menu music fine but the key tones are completely in audible, and I can barely hear chat audio when in a party even though the audio mix is completely to the party audio. I know this is not a headset problem since this happens with all my headsets. Any solutions or suggestions would be appreiciated
my ps3 will automaticly udat but every times its say the error 8002f1f0 how can i fix it every time i will restart my playstation it will automaticly update
This occurs with both of my controllers. Upon starting the system and using the controllers, they will randomly disconnect after about a 10 second-10 minutes of use. Upon hitting the Home button after they disconnect, the light on the front only blinks for about 10 seconds and then nothing. This occurs whether the controller is plugged into the PS4 or not and I have tried hitting the RESET button on the controller 100 times. The only way to solve the problem (temporarily) 100% of the time is to disconnect the system from the A/C power cord. Once it's reconnected and I restart the system, the same issue with my controller starts.
Help, when I turn on my playstaion 4 I am only getting sound out of my television. I am using a hdmi conection. Any tips?
I bought a new 2TB seagate hard drive. Followed playstation.com instructions to the letter. Tried to boot up my ps4 in safe mode and intialize software update, got the error code. I desperately need help. I have the right file names and file folder names. I formatted my usb to FAT32 and exFAT on my PC (which uses windows 8.1, if that matters). Do i need a new usb stick? Or is there a glitch i dont know about in the process? Any help is greatly appreciated
I just got my 3 tb hardrive for the nyko data bank i have the update on a usb hardrive for the system software and it says i need a update 4.07 or later but it is a 4.07 update so why isnt it working? so i cannot do anything on playstation for the 3.5 what can i do to fix this error code. (CE-34788-0). Hardrive is BRAND NEW
Today I bought a PS4 bundle and when I went to plug in my HDMI to the tv, instead of showing the software it shows a black screen and the audio keeps cutting in and out. Just wondering what I should do?
