can someone who "matters" confirm the release date for the playstation 4 platinum wireless headset
Its supposed to release 1/12/2017 according to the official blog post, but not only does no site you order it from have the correct release date, but I contacted amazon and they had no idea it had an official release date. All they knew is it was pushed back to January.

I'm looking to upgrade to a 4k device to get the best performace out of my PS4 Pro, but cant decide if a 4k monitor a 4k tv would be best for on-line and RPG gaming, do anyone have any suggestions.

PS4 Remote Play issue connecting outside of home Wi-FI on PS4 Pro
I dont have these issues when I was on the PS4 but since I upgraded to PS4. Its been an issue. I can play with NO issues inside my house with the PS4 Pro but when I go to another WI-FI connection (at work where we have 220MBPS upload/download or a coffee shop), I cannot remote in.
Any ideas?

I can't activate my ps4 as primary
So I tried to activate my my primary PS4 because I noticed that my games weren't upgrading automatically and it says it's already activated. I tried to follow the instructions for deactivating my primary ps4 online but it says I've already used that function which I haven't. Help!
Sidenote: 1. I changed my password on the website and my ps4 isn't asking me to login again with a new password which is a MAJOR security flaw.
2. When I have issues with my Xbox I dial 1-800-4-MYXBOX and get then solved immediately. However I couldn't find any number to contact Sony. Step up your game Sony.

sound does not work while watching some blu rays?

cant use play station plus because of ea account'
every time any of my three kids try to get on line in any game it says not signed on to EA account! I have tried everything. I have updated the ea account. I have reset the ps4 and the policies and prescriptions or whjatever it said to do . I am extremly upset as we paid for 3 year long ps4 plus subscriptions and cannot access any of the games

My dual shock controller is not staying connect? Only about 10 seconds..
Hi i recently got a pre owned ps4 controller and console for christmas. Everything was fine and a couple of days later i noticed the controller had died. Completely .. soo it's now not connecting at all to my game i've tried close to everything and nothing seems to work it only flashes a yellowish light when charging. What do i do ?

After Updating PS4 goes to 480p and needs controller plugged in
My situation is similar to many with the "cannot start ps4, plug in controller".
This is my 2nd PS4 I got from a friend who says it was working fine for him. He did a 4TB update and it was working he said. But with me when I hit the PS button is starts at 1080p, the controller then shuts off and the PS4 reboots into 480p and needs to start with the controller plugged in like it was new. Then it keeps wanting to reinstall 4.07 from a USB drive. If I click through all that without reinstalling it will eventually boot fine and is usable. But I really don't want to go through the routine every time.
My first PS4 also has a 4TB drive and it is fine so I wonder if it may be the drive itself on the 2nd on which is causing the trouble. It is a Mitsubishi drive on the 2nd PS4. So I have alot of experience diong these reinstalls from the official page where you get the update for manual installation.
The person I got the 2nd PS4 from said he did not reformat the 4TB drive. So I reformatted to exFAT and did a fresh install. It is still failing. Any help is appreciated. I have been working on this for several days and am pretty frustrated.

everything is deleted after transfer
I started a system transfer to get a game from my freind ps4 and it immidely said the transfer failed and restarted my ps4 and when i rebooted it it acted like it was a new ps4 and a fresh boot and now nothing is on the ps4 at all everything is deleted

In my PS4
The other day I was about to play my PS4. I picked up my game disc and found small strand of hair on it. I then removed the hair and inserted the game disc. The system works fine. If that strand of hair got into the PS4 from being on the disc. Could that have broken my PS4?

PS4 pro JBL Synchros S100I earbud mic not working
I recently got a ps4 pro and the earbuds i normally use for everyday use don't seem to be able to work mic wise. I've checked and it works fine on my cellphone. The earbuds i have is a JBL Synchros S100I S Series - Black. It's worked fine in the past and i tried unplugging the earbuds and plugging them back in quickly but still no results, I can also still adjust mic input levels and i hear a click everytime i press the play button on the earbuds. Any suggestions on why it's not working and how to fix it?

PS4 Not Functioning Properly and Shows No Video: Constantly Crashing
I was playing Dragon Age Inquisition, clocked in 75 hours game time so far, when i got to a dragon and started fighting, then the console suddenly crashed. I tried turning it back on but it would only blink a blue light and no video would show. After about an hour i tried again, and it checked the problem and gave me error code CE-36329-3. Now whenever i try playing the game, it will crash and i can't turn the console back on. I've tried updating it but its already at its current version, and nothing else i try will turn it on again. When I do get it turned on, it sometimes will crash before even playing the game now. Urgently need some help on this, really want to get back to playing the game again!

Ps4 pro 4k not working on my Asus PB287Q
Hi, does anyone have any solutions it's quite frustrating to have a 4k system to only display 1080p, it makes a massive difference where I can see jagged up lines on the game characters such as uncharted 4, not looking so pretty. I would like 4k to prevent this...

I think my account was stolen.
So I got this e-mail about an hour and a half ago. And I didn't see it until I got kicked off from youtube on my PS4 and I needed to sign into PSN again. None of my password didn't work, so I went to reset it. And then it told me my e-mail/sign in was incorrect. I see this e-mail, and none of the links work. Customer service is closed, my bank is closed... What am I supposed to do here?
