I hate to create yet another one of these threads, but I don't know what else to do and I don't want to hijack someone else thread. So basically my PS4 has deactivated itself again (second time that I'm aware of) and I can't reactivate it because it claims I have another PS4 set as my primary. I have only had the one PS4 and my account has only been on that one so I'm not sure how that happened (again). I can't do the deactivate all option on the SEN website because for whatever reason it still hasn't given me the option back since I used it about 3 years ago for a PS3 change.
Last time this happened I contacted support through the Live Chat and the issue was resolved in minutes, but now when I try to use the Live Chat, it gives me the error "We are unable to proceed with your Chat request. Reasons could be: exceed limit of support requests, attempting to chat on topics better suited for other support channels (check out twitter/blogs)." I have only used the Live Chat that one time so I'm not sure why I was apparently banned from it.
So how does this get resolved now? Also why does this keep happening, I've changed my account password 3 or 4 times, could system maintenance like rebuilding the database somehow affect this like it does the licenses?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
