PLEASE HELP Connected my Playstation 3D Display to my Windows 10 laptop and "Not Supported"shows up

Connected my Playstation 3D Display to my Windows 10 laptop and "Not Supported" shows up on the Playstation 3D Display. I'm lost from here. I really want to use my laptop with this monitor. Please help!!!
