i have done everything i can to make my ps4 work ....looked at all the things online and followed every step. i am totally **bleep** off...i spent over 600$ for this machine....i bought it for family reasons...eg my children do chores to play ps4....now it seems i need others sources to get it to work like using a computer....downloading files....this is bs its supposed to be a game console with online ....why should i try to find a computer to make the ps4 work......i am not from a rich family...it took me a very long time to afford this machine....so i am very mad that our family is put out and to contact anyone is very hard....i dont know the codes the children have done and they forget....i chose sony playstation for a reason...quality....great games...fun...i hate xbox microsoft **bleep**...i am very diappointed that it took me 3 years to save up for this machine and now it sits there .thank you sony....*bleep*....giving up
