Hello,
I have had a PS4 for just over a year- just slightly beyond the warranty period. I actually did not use the console very much for games at first, and by the time I purchased my first game Fallout 4, I discover the auto-eject problem. The PS4 beeps and mistakenly thinks the eject button was hit, and the game pops out- this is happening even there is no disc in there. Thus, this is an issue for using the system for ANYTHING. It just beeps and the little motor whirs as if a disc needs to be injected. If I try to play a downloaded game, it still constantly beeps and whirs...incredibly annoying.
So now I cannot use the PS4, for anything. Sony, like many other people that I am reading about that have this problem, I demand that you repair this problem with no charge. This is clearly a terrible design flaw that seems to have been fixed on the newer PS4 version. This problem occured through no fault on my part, and should be fixed by Sony.
