Hello Guys so yesterday i bought a ps4 and i had alittle issue with it everytime i went to https://www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/ It said ACCESS DENIED! And i was like **bleep**. And then i tired to go to my ps4 and log on over there it gave me ws-37397-9 error, i was like what. And i found out it was a DNS Problem. So i told myself, Easy fix..
HERE IS HOW TO FIX THE ERROR.
1. Run CMD As adminstrator.
2. Type ipconfig /all
3. Type ipconfig /flushdns
4. Type ipconfig /renew
5. And then your internet will do a QUICK Reset
and it will be up agian and u can access Sony's Website and The error will dissapear from The PS4. Good Luck. And Happy Gaming Brothers and Sisters.
