Hello. In live chat with Sony support agent, he sent me a link to console deactivation. It requires you to have a serial number for the system. Problem is I don't know who has their PS4 as primary on my account and obviously I don't know the serial number. I have already deactivated all from website and have to wait 6 months (Friend A) I just need to know if it's possible for the specialist to deactivate the console without the serial number.
NOW I'm going to tell you what caused this problem. Back around October/November of 2015 I allowed my friend to use my account for PS+. Long time friend so I trust him. He got PS+ for himself finally and I changed my password and deactivated all from the website because he wasn't with his PS4 to do it himself. Now Friend B got a PS4 for Christmas and didn't get any games for some weird reason. So I trust him and allowed him to do the same with the primary console activation. Recently he got his games himself and he said he deactivated his console. I know Friend A doesn't have his as primary because I changed my password after he deactivated. I have no idea what the hell Friend B did. I think he gave my info to someone, but I'm not sure. I changed my password again so whoever has my account info can't even get in. I'm really **bleep** because someone is being a f-ing troll. Never again will I allow someone to use my account under any circumstances. And I really don't want to wait another 6 months to deactivate all because I am limited to what I can play because mine isn't primary.
(I told the problem first just because the story was long and boring.)
