My ps4 was broken then i took it to the store to repair it and he said come back in 3 days and he took 2 weeks and then i came to check on my ps4 he said he doesn't know how to fix it but someone his friend can fix so he said i'll take to another city and i waited for a whole month! then I returned to the store and he said my ps4 has been fixed and then i took it home and i saw everything was deleted and i almost had a heart attack and i wanted to restore my save data for metal gear solid v the phantom pain anybody knows??
