For some reason when I place in the BO3 Disc inside the PS4 It would make the usual sound of it reading/loading up the disc.
But when I'm in my home screen and press the "X" button to start up the game, It would be stuck on the Blacks Ops 3 Title and after about 20 seconds It would give me the error "CE-38612-0" and it would say "Can't read disc" or something like that.
So then, I placed in GTA 5 in the console instead and it would read the disc perfectly no problems at all and start up the game.
I checked the disc thoroughly and there was literally not even one scratch. It was like it was brand new right out of the case.
I'm not sure why the disc doesn't want to work but I really need help because it's just frustrating.
Yes, I've tried turning the PS4 off and on and yes, I've swiped the disc about 50 times on my soft cotton shirt.
