Disable the Player Recommends tab in games tabs

I feel like this feature should have a turn of since most of the time it ruins parts of the game or theres just random vids of people shouting really loud that you can pause or escape

please can we add a Disable button to it i hate that vids continue even if the game isnt selected its annoying

any help thanks if there is a way to do it
