I just changed out the disc drive/lazer unit entirley and i know everything is right it does not spin games or dvds. When you first turn the ps3 on, the lazer moves a little bit(i do not mean slides back and forth) it just moves in the little holder its in. The disc does not spin at all and yes im holding down the little black lver that makes sure the door is closed! Thank you and please help!!!!!!!!
