Console Deactivation

So, about two weeks ago now, PSN was down and I noticed I was locked out from playing games I had downloaded. I was also signed out of my account several times that same day. After a bit of time, I realized maybe someone had gotten my information, so I promply changed my password and removed my credit card info. However, my PS4 is no longer the primary console for my account, and I can't very well go online to deactivate the other console because there's a six month waiting period, and someone has already used that feature to do this in the first place.

 

I've called Sony, I've done the chat support, I filled out some forms, and I finally get a response back telling me that there's basically nothing they can do. Am I to just keep harping on them about this, or is there really nothing to do but wait another five months to get back what's mine? This is my first experience with Sony's customer support, and it's rather frustrating.
