So my brother dropped my PS4 and it turned off. When I restarted it, it needed an update file which I had done before when I changed the hard drive but I lost that flash drive so i had another and have been trying to down load it but I will not. The file wont download to my computer it keeps trying to go through Adobe Reader and Adobe cant read the file. Any help would be appreciated
