my friend bought a used ps4 n the persons account was still on the system,,,,my friend wanted to put his account on the system so he reset the factory settings,,the ps4 did its thing n shut off,,we turned it back on and now it wont go beyound the first screen,,,just says hook up usb cable n hit the ps button but it wont do nothing,,,,,please help
