First off, i have read other people's forums on the same topic.
The answers in those other topics didnt really answer my problem so i decided to post one of my own. If you want to post a link to another topic, thats fine.
So there is a Ps4 active on my account, but when i try to deactivate mine is says its not active. So that might mean there is another ps4 thats active on my account (even though i only have one)
What i am asking is, can a ps4 have multiple accounts with active profiles? I want to say Xbox1 can.
Here is the circumstances before you jump down my throat:
- I bought my ps4 used, so there is a account already on it. Idk if that one is active, but you can assume so if that was on there before mine. Can the Ps4 have multiple accounts set to active on it?
-Its possible i know a friend who might have my account info, so i already asked them to come clean if they logged onto my account on their ps4. No answer yet. BUT, even if they ddid and undo it, why isnt my ps4 set to active in the first place? I bought my ps4 first.
-On the sony site, i tried to "deactivate all", but it seems it was used already. I understand i have to wait 6 months, but where does it say how long ago it was used?

how long does this take?
-Lastly, why does the support.us.playstation site so fustrating to navigate? I littereally am trying to talk to someone in a live chat, and there is no way to contact anyone directly. Searching through the different topics doesnt help, becuase it pulls up 20 different seach results for the question, and yet none of them answer the question i have. Is there a way to suggest other topics? For those that have the same question and its not covered?
I may be fustrated and overlooking something, but that forum didnt help me yet. Do i keep trying?
