Can Playstation 4 Remote play PC be use for a vita?

Hello.

I have a ps vita and recently i heard we have ps4 remote play for pc so it's been a long time since i wanted to recored my vita's screen.

I saw some options like paying 300$ to modify your vita but that's too expensive so iwant to know if I can use PS4 remote play pc for vit.

if not what other options do i have except using a camra!!
