PSN CAN'T Activate Account as Primary

So I can't activate my account on my PlayStation apparently it was deactivated on August 2 and I didn't find out about this problem until August 6, now all my games are locked I can't deactivate the account to activate it back on my PlayStation, I don't know happened, I never touch the deactivation button, and customer support not goin to help me at all, they just said that I have to wait six months cause my request to deactivate the account was denied and there's no way to contact that department, and its a matter of policy to give them appeal
Does anyone have a solution for this problem
