Deactivation policy needs changed

I have a problem currently, and I had done some research to find that I'm far from the only one. Playing PS4, everything was fine up until one day. Went to go play something and everything was locked. One of the two profiles on my system has Playstation Plus, and we have purchased a number of games on that account, and it was telling me that only that account had permission to play it, and if I wanted to play I would have to purchase it again from the PlayStation Store. After doing research, it would appear that the problem is that we may have gotten hacked, and the hackers used the "Deactivate all systems" option online, and then activated their own PS4 in the place of ours. This is the only option, as noone else has any of our information for that account. So we are unable to use one of the two profiles because this PS4 is no longer listed as active, and to top it off, we can't deactivate the hacker's PS4 because the "Deactivate all systems" button only works once every 6 months. So now I have to wait until the end of January to enjoy any games I don't have on disk! I have contacted support, they told me at first to submit a deactivation request. The response to that:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting PlayStation Consumer Services.

Based on the information you provided, we were unable to process your system deactivation request.

Request may have been denied due to, but not limited to, the following reasons :

  • Game content can only be deactivated once every 6 months
  • Unable to validate PSN account
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
Please note, according to PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement, all users should safeguard their account information to prevent use by any other user.

Then I contacted them again just now and got the same response I had seen with everyone else who has had this issue... "Sorry, it's policy, there is nothing we can do."

SO, in short, the system needs changed. If hackers get their hands on your information SOMEHOW (not directly implying that they got it from PlayStation somehow... But I don't see any other options right now...), you need to be able to reverse the damage, rather than sitting around waiting for HALF A YEAR. So the policy needs to be changed, and I honestly can't think of how else to get that started but post here.
