HELP PLEASE!!! PS4 KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN

So its been about a year that i got my ps4 and everything was going well until the past few days my ps4 keeps randomly shutting down. It shutsdown when it wants i could be when watching a movie or playing a game or just staying in the menu and it keeps shutting down. So i whent online to see if i could fix it and it said that i should check my hdmi and the harddrive and make sure the fan is cleared and did everything and nothing has changed. I really love ps4 and i really dont want to buy a new one please someone help  me
