Not sure if this is a game issue or a hardware issue. I recently bought a ps4 (like 4 days ago) every day I've played it at some point the game will freeze at a screen but can still here my dudes moving. For instance I was playing grand kingdom and it froze in the middle of a battle but I could still here the characters moving with my controller buttons. Help please
