This particular error has been rearing its ugly head rather often on only my playstation (None of the people on my friends list have experienced it at least). It prevents me from joining my friends' parties for extended periods of time, around 30 minutes usually. There seems to be no other option but to wait it out and use in-game chat mechanisms which limit my communication to people playing the same game as me. I'd appreciate a response about this or maybe some advice from people within the community.
