My PS4 started making some strange bugs with no reason:
* When the console starts the logo doesn't show up, as well as the health and safety settings warning.

* Everything became quite dim, no matter what TV or monitor I use.
And the most important: on the video recorded directly from PS4 everything's all right.
The console is 2 y.o. Tried rebuiding database, didn't help. The console isn't hot or loud. What's happening?
