Seriously I tried playing yesterday when my wifi was down and I noticed that I didn't have access to any of my content that I personally bought. I used to have a PS4 that broke and had to return it over a year ago and used deactivate all then, but when I tried to go it said I had done it recently so I believe I may have been hacked. I know it was not my fault due to me being a on a base where nothing can get access without it being noticed so I know for a fact this is Sony's fault. I've tried to get live chat support for a while to no avail and from what I'm seeing this has been an issue for quite a few other people as well so I'm guessing sony has been hacked.
