When I stream a movie from my Pc to media player on ps4 there are no closed captions displayed!!!!
Here are the obvious questions answered:
-The CC is enabled in the ps4 settings and in the video.
-The CC file itself is in the same directory as the video file on my PC and is named the same as the video file.
-The CC file is in .srt file format and it is an English CC file.
-the CC work perfectly when I play the video file in the windows media player on my pc but doesn't display on ps4
-I tried a couple of different .srt (English subs) files and none of them show on ps4.
