PS4 save daya transfer

I just want to know how **bleep** I am that I got my daughter a ps4 so we wouldn't have to fight over who gets to play only to find out that her save data and all her hard work for the last two years making her multiple worlds wouldn't be transferable to her own account. This is incredibly heartbreaking for me as this is a present that I feel was now hardly worth it. Im sure your team could find a way to make it work with some sort of verification method with some sort of code that expires but regardless I am sure im not the only household that is fustrated by this problem with account to account.
