Why aren't all my games listed in my Library?

I've been noticing several of my games are gone from my Library on my PS4, and they're PS4 games. 

For example, PieceFall - a game I own but it is not listed and I own the game.

Journey is another one that was not listed, but I also own that one.

I shouldn't have to go back in to the store and redownload my owned digital games from there, but evidently I do, and I'm not talking about PLUS games that disappear after you drop your subscription, but actual games you own. 

Anyone else have problems with this?  Even after checking the ALL on my Library the games I mentioned above were not listed when I looked for them.
