My console makes a loud humming/vibrating noise when started up which is a lot louder than my older PS3 and louder than a mates new ps4. It also is taking an age to lod games. I've checked where it's sitting and it stable, no lose cables etc to vibrate and make the noise. Anybody have this issue?
