Okay so this has been a serious problem for a very long time that has not been solved and it's really pissing me off. I am online with a friend both with ps3s, both have the same update and neither of us on ps4 or psvita and we both have less than 100 friends including friend requests. I've restarted my ps3, signed out, and everything else that I could possibly do. Emphasis on everything. I even restarted my router. Please fix this.
