Can't open any apps,activate account as primary,restore licence,np-34957-8

Hello all who are concerned,

I recently bought a ps4, It was working flawless until one day suddenly all my digital content was (is) locked.

Well, writing this is REALLY  my LAST OPTION. After ALOT of  searching on the web I've done the following :

• Parental controls to 'allow"
• Tried installing other free apps (But that too be locked)
• Activating as primary (Getting NP-34957-8 error)
• Restoring licences (Getting NP-34957-8 error)
• Restore default settings from safe mode (Nothing changes  )
• Finally Initialisation (Nothing)
• Getting a NAT error in test internet connection

Well then, I found a new problem... I get a New ERROR - "Access denied" on sonyentertainmentnetwork.com 

I basically wanted to go to the ps store account management to reset password.

So I have tried ALOOOT, And I have no idea what the hell is wrong (PSN status is active, But I doubt That)

So do you have the same error ? Can someone please suggest me a solution ?

And yeah...I Didn't share any passwords online or offline.

One more thing. I don't have any hardcopy content, therefore my brand-new ps4 is eating dust.
