A PS4 I bought from gamestop 8 months ago suddenly won't connect to the psn even through it can connect to the internet. After a week of talking with customer service from playstation, my internet provider and gamestop, a playstation rep suddenly tells me my playstation is a model from Brazil. They then tell me they won't accept PS4 from other regions and tell me to contact gamestop. Gamestop however said the opposite. They said that there is no way they could have sold me a brand new playstation from Brazil and that Playstation is the one who needs to fix this. Both sides have stonewalled me. I don't know what to do.
