My apologies if this is answered elsewhere, I looked & looked but couldn't find a difinitive answer. Anyhoo, Ps4 for christmas will not load/play dvds or blu rays. I covered the basics, System Update was run before even trying movies and ver. 3.15 added yesterday, no change. No error codes or messages indicating HDCP issues (the tv it's connected to isnt a spring chicken but it works another blu ray player no problem), just the eternal loading circle. Tried multiple discs and verified them with the other player. Tried changing inputs on the tv & everything else I've found in these forums & no joy. Suggestions? Thanks in advance ...
