I have been trying to purchace the Fallout 4 DLC called "Far Harbor" for two days now. I will not allow me to do so. I have tried on my PC and on my Playstation. I have tried with a credit card (that has been successfully used at other places in between attempts), as well as my PayPal accout. Neither has worked. Each time, it never says WHY it is not working. Just to "try again later" or "cannot process your purchace". I have tried to add funds to my wallet first before purchacing the game, but that doesn't work as it just says "cannot add money to wallet". No explanation at all. I have made several attempts to start an online chat with a customer service representitive and every time it isays "We are unable to proceed with your Chat request. Reasons could be: exceed limit of support requests, attempting to chat on topics better suited for other support channels (check out twitter/blogs)." Despite the fact that a customer support phone number (that connects to actual people) is conspicuously absent on the Playstation Store website, I was able to track down the number but, of course, there is no one there on the weekends. I have never had so much trouble trying to spend my money on something before. Can anyone help this very frusterated customer. Thanks.
