For some reason my headset refuses to pair with the dongle i have tried reseting it didn't help i have tried the companion app didn't work and everywhere i have looked everyone just says reset it and before anyone asks yes it's charged also don't know if it will help but the light doesn't blink just stays black when it's unplugged and still works tried with the audio jack.
