Ps4 is becoming way too slow.

When I turn my ps4 on everything is smooth and good, but whenever I have a game in the background and I want to send a quick message or add a friend, the dashboard is so slow... even when I'm in a game and want to take a screenshot, it will take about 10 seconds for the share menu to appear. I think the ps4 needs a major performance update because it's becoming unusable in some cases.
