PS4 won't turn on -

I wonder if you can help me.

I have tried to turn on my ps4 today but am unable to do so.

It asks me to update the system via a usb drive.

I have followed the instructions on how to download the software but get the message that I need to download version or 3.5 or later, which I have done and is on my usb stick.

I get error message CE-34788-0.

I am now at a loss what to do.  I only have had my ps4 for less than 6 months.
