DS4 controller not working properly - Pls help

I've had problems with my DS4 controller for the past month or 2 and been looking and multiple threads to try and fix it, but nothing worked. My DS4 controller does not work on ps4 nor pc and is lighting orange all the time. The DS4 controller can charge fine but it just doesnt seem to work. pls help
