I hear my chat too low in my Wireless Headphones

Hi, i have the Gold Wirelesss Headphones, they work perfectly so far but when I'm in a chatroom and have all my sound (game and chat) I hear the game sound too loud and the chat too low so i could barely understand what my friends are speaking since the game volume is a lot higher, but i tried to configure the chat volume and it did not make any difference, Is there any other option to fix this? what i want is to raise the chat volume and low the game so i could hear the chat in first place
