Deactivating All Consoles Help

Hello,

I recently got my PS4, I bought it last month, the same night I bought it it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. It turned on and the light flashed blue and 5-7 times and then shut down without displaying anything on the TV. So naturally I exchanged my PS4 with a working one and when I got it I learned that I needed to deactivate my old one. So I did some looking online and found that I could deactivate my old PS4 online, done. Fast forward 27 days later and the same thing happened with my second PS4, the flashing blue light was back and turned off without displaying anything. I did all the trouble shooting, unplug it, turn it on without it being connected to the TV, make sure the hard drive isn't loose. So I had to return that one too and get a new one, this is now my third PS4 in 28 days. When I got home that day I tried to deactivate my second PS4 online and found out that you can only do that every 6 months. So I phoned customer support and they told me to do a form online, which I did and they would get back to me within 24 hours. 8 hours later I get a response from them saying that my request has been denied so I phoned customer support back and gave them the case number. They then told me I needed to email them a copy of the receipt, I said no problem and asked for an email to send because on the current email it says Do Not Reply. They didn't give me one but said they'd email me and to respond to that email. The email I got was the generic form that I filled out earlier that day saying Do not Reply. So I've spent about 2 days trying to figure all of this out and now I can't use my PS4 system properly because of a hardware issue. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

Thank you
