Search your router model number and QoS or DMZ for more info, or look up your router model and PS4 settings for tips from users with your same setup.

Fix PS4 Controller Problems (Dual Shock 4)
If you have Dualshock 4 problems, you can often fix them buy charging the controller or pairing it to the PS4 again.
