I have tried all the BS methods that sony gives you and also tried all the methods online.
Like
-Changing cables
-Changing ports
-Resetting controller
-Turn off ps4 connect DS4 through cable as the ps4 turn on
-Safe mode with cable
-And a lot of other weird methods
It's BS already that I can't connect it. So I go to the tech support online chat two different times back to back.
First person says: "well it looks like you have tried all the methods you can't fix it. Send it in and we will fix it." and then he says "Also you are out of warranty so you will have to pay." At this point i'm thinking what to do. And then he ends the chat without even saying anything. The chat-end countdown wans't even close to 0.
Then i wait another 30 minutes waiting for anohter person because I had to start a new chat... Then I tell the new person. "I need to somehow connect my phone to the ps4 so I can access my bluetooth devices and connect my DS4 through that." And he says "Oh we don't recommend that." and I kept going and and telling him I need you to do this help me connect my phone by adding it to the database or whatever it is that they allow phones to access ps4 as controllers and he pretty much says "Oh you can't do that unless you have the sony Xperia" and i'm like there's a PS4 app that allows me to connect my phone to the ps4 help me do it without having to use a controller because mine won't connect and I need to access my Bluetooth devices on my ps4. and he pretty much just says We cant and ends the chat. Like **bleep**
Like **bleep** Sony what kind of help is this?
