Buying console from PS store

Hello,

I've been having some worries about buying a console straight from the PS store. Specifically, I'm trying to buy the Destiny Bundle. I would like to know what series (as of May 11, 2016) I would get if I bought the console. I was told that as long as it is a part of the CUH-1200 series, it would not be a problem, especially with expanding the memory to, I think it was, 4 TB without the use of NYKO memory bank. I'm not that smart when it comes to the nit n gritty of tech, so any help I could get with this would be awesome.
