PS4 Problem (Sound & Video)

Hi there,

I just recently bought a PS4 but for some reason when I turn it on and play for a few minutes or so it has a breakdown...

Sometimes the sound remains and has a black screen. Other times the screen will flicker. Probably the worst one is when the sound distorts (like I've put a bitcrusher on it)...

I would really appreciate some input on this as I've tried most of the things that I think would help the situation.
