So I sent my 1 TB Call of Duty PS4 back to Sony thanks to what seems to be a faulty hard drive. I sent it on 4/25/2016 and it was recived on 4/27/2016. I was sent an email on 4/29/2016 that my console is being shipped back that day. The provided FedEx tracking number gives me an estimated arrival that is today 5/3/2016. But the tracking number still says "Shippong label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment beings to travel." I contacted Sony about this and they said that it should arrive today but they have no status on it. They informed that I would have to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx today and they told me that they have no proof of my PS4 being recieved by them and that I would have to contact Sony again. I contacted Sony again today and was informed that all they know is that I should have it by today with no real update to my status. This is very frustating considering the price of the PS4 and the fact that I had it for exactly 39 days before the hard drive decided to fail. And it scares the crap out of me that nobody knows were a PS4 that cost me $549.99 is.
