Tried searching the forums and interwebs with no luck...
Had my PS4 for about 3 months now and only in the past couple of weeks has this issue persisted. Anytime I plug the charging cord into either USB port, the system will eject the disc inside. I assume it would be this way with anything plugged into the USB ports, but I haven't tried anything else.
Discs are not ejecting randomly - only when I plug something into the USB port. No reaction upon unplugging a cable from the USB port.
Any ideas or suggestions would be great. I haven't yet tried reaching out to Sony, but have unplugged and reset the PS4.
