First of all, pardon me for any English grammar mistakes, since Dutch is my primary language.
Here's the main thing; I'm Dutch, I live in The Netherlands. I do however use a secondary American account, since the US Store has some nice deals from time to time.
Anyway, my PS4 had to be sent to the repair center multiple times, during a timespan of a few months (long story; you don't wanna know; a series of bizarre defects). The last 2 times I forgot to deactive the system as 'primary PS4', silly me.
The first time I was still able to deactivate it manually through my online account panel.... The 2nd time was not so successful though, because Sony only allows us to perform this action only once during 6 months.
Now, I did find an officialConsole Deactivation Web Form, but I'm unable to use it. The form doesn't accept my serial number - probably because my PS4 & serial is a Dutch one.
Is there any solution possible, besides the waiting for 6 months option? Any help would be highly appreciated.
