Deactivate my account form all consoles

I recently went round my friends house and we played some guitar hero and for me to be able to access all my unlocked data I had to have play station plus and the ps4 told me to make the console my primary one so we did and it worked perfectly but I have come home and I cannot activate my consoles as the primary console we have deactivate my account on my friends console but it still tells me my account is activated on another console could someone help me please
