Cannot download. BF4. CE-36244-9

Ok, so I've purchased a new PS4, then BF4 online and other games. Only BF4 gives me the above error message. I have tried most of the suggestions with no luck; Restarting, Initialising, Static IP, Google DNS, Authorising titles, brute force, pausing download, crying, pleading, stroking the console.....nothing!
Please fix the bug SONY!
