My ps4 had the fkashing blue light incident, so i called sony and all that then sent my ps4 to them on the 6th of january 2016 and now it's the 24th and they still haven't sent me obe or even emailed me.
I urgently need to know if i will get my ps4 back or anything, and I want to know roughly when i should expect it.
i live in england, I sent it to a place called 'CYCLEON returns' as that's what the label sent to me said. How much longer do I have to wait?
Please help me.
