I only have one ps4, and when I try to activate it as a primary it says that it's already activated on another console. I have contacted the support more than once, and they say they can't do anything about it. I've given person information to the support team and apparently nothing can be done. I deactivated through the website twice that's a year: logged into my PS4 and activated, but same thing happens. It just says that I'm logged into another console. I'm the only person who knows about my account and password. All the other accounts on my ps4 are deactivated, but still it won't let me activate it. I've tried to give my PS4 number to the support staff, but they say it's too personal. Please help.
